Medico-legal issues are common, important and often poorly understood in both the UK and Ukraine. Medics are likely to encounter patients or relatives who wish to complain or seek legal redress. Our conference will address information sharing, patients’ confidentiality, medical liability and how to reduce the likelihood of complaints and claims.
